The Creators Partnerships team at is responsible for establishing and managing strategic relationships with digital creators and best in class community accounts. Our team is a fast, nimble team that discovers, develops and shapes careers of talent emerging on digital media. You will work with some of the world’s most innovative creators, representatives and media companies shaping the digital landscape as well as with our world-class product and engineering teams. In addition to those teams, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Communications, Marketing, and the Events teams to build and launch new features, and make our partners successful. This is a full-time position based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Strategic Partner Manager, Creators

Responsibilities:
  • Build one-on-one talent relationships with a diverse set of world class digital talent
  • Help drive product strategy through strategic partnerships with digital creators, agencies, managers, publicists, and leading digital content organizations;
  • Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships;
  • Represent our company in external meetings/events with executives from other companies;
  • Maintain direct and active relationships with product and product research team on our Instagram platform, as well as proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues and serving as an internal advocate;
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, partnerships, policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch products and partnerships;
  • Independently produce and execute talent marketing events;
  • Scout a new class of talent as they emerge on digital media;
  • Successfully develop talent’s career and help them build a business on our plataform;
  • Display the highest personal integrity and ethics

Minimum Qualifications
  • Fluent English;
  • Work experience with talent, talent management, product, partnership, and media companies;
  • Experience identifying emerging talent and developing talent careers;
  • Experience defining, developing and leading projects;
  • Experience executing events (internal and external);
  • Collaboration and relationship building experience — with the experience of developing working relationships at all levels of management.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Established direct contacts and relationships with talent and talent industry;
  • A strong curiosity for innovative social products and their potential for transforming businesses and industries;
  • Ability to scout and identify new undiscovered talent;
  • Experience mentoring and developing emerging talent;
  • Knowledge of Instagram platform and its surfaces;
  • Planning, strategy, presentation and public speaking skills;
  • Ability to articulate talent feedback to internal stakeholders;
