Scrum Master

Minimum Experience: 2 years.

Education:
Bachelor´s degree in computer engineering, computer science, related Knowledge area or comparable job expertise.

Technical Qualifications:

Professional experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Lean Software Development, Kanban and Extreme Programming.
Good Skills of leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution and promoting continuous Improvement.
Demonstrate ability to communicate about organizational problems and propose solutions.
Positive and solutions oriented mindset.
Effective communication Skills.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with other parts of  the organization.

Responsibilities:

Work alongside with our product development teams using agile methodologies.
Guide the product teams on continuous improvement in order to deliver value and not just deliver software.
Help the product owners and the teams to understand their needs and help them improve individually and as a team.
Protect the team from external noise and help establish proper communication channels with stakeholders.
Be involved in teams decision, everyone should able to contribute to the team regardless of their experience in this industry.
