Responsibilities:
- Develop briefing documents to guide the development of new messaging and marketing programs;
- Work closely with Branding & Channel Marketing teams on implementation and tracking of promotions and reporting on the success of the program;
- In conjunction with CRM Manager, develop and recommend marketing programs that employ a wide variety of customer touch points, including Email, Push Notification, SMS, Whatsapp, In-ProductMessaging, and many others;
- Analyze and report on marketing objectives and metrics;
- Proactively identify new opportunities to better serve company needs;
- Coordinate with a wide variety of servisse providers the going support on marketing programs to achieve department goals & objectives;
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to address business or systems issues related to sales and marketing programs.
- Bachelor’s in marketing, business, communications or related fields with experience in marketing, advertising, management Consulting;
- Experience with B2B marketing, CRM, or new digital marketing techniques is a plus;
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, or Hubspot is a plus;
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Creative problem solving;
- Self-starter with a "can-do" atitude;
- Ability to contribute to and work within diverse teams;
- Ability to presente logical and persuasive arguments;
