Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute a broad range of integrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, programs and promotions to acquire new customers, expand and retain the customer base, generate net new pipeline and accelerate sales opportunities already in pipeline, ensuring that all such activity is closely aligned to business priorities;

· Create and manage an effective demand generation strategy for the accountant segment to grow firm awareness and consideration supported by integrated lead generation campaigns and automated nurture programmes to drive sales qualified leads;

· Lead all integrated marketing program development from concept creation through to execution and evaluation;

· Develop and manage the ecosystem of marketing agencies, maximizing effectiveness and ROI of the assigned budget;

· Conduct competitive analysis in the marketplace; report and apply findings and insights;

· Identify and build strong partnerships with institutions and associations;

· Collaborate day-to-day with sales and sales leadership to create the demand needed to grow the business exponentially;

· Partner with CRM, sales operations and martech teams to establish effective workflows and reporting between marketing & sales lead identification with excellent knowledge and experience across Lead generation and management (qualifying, scoring, routing, reporting), to effectively target, qualify, nurture and convert business-to-business leads to drive business growth;

· Build strong partnership with Sales, CRM, Content, Brand, Communications, and Digital to ensure that we are creating a delightful end-to-end experience;

· Reporting of all acquisition activity on a weekly and quarterly basis to all relevant stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, including cost of acquisition.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field
· Advanced English is mandatory
