We’re looking for a PwD (professional with disabilities) as Client Solution Manager. This position will be partner with most strategic clients to make sure they are sucessful with the company. This is an oustanding opportunity to be the center of some of most importante commercial relationship in some portfolios. The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, advertiser education, and satisfaction in innovative ways, and leveraging data-driven insights for our costumers. You should have a deep passion for technology and the overall marketing ecosystem. Sucess in this position requires strong consultive sales and analytical skills, being confortable working with large data sets to identify performance patterns and translate into solutions, working with internal cross-function partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focuses environment delivering against tight deadlines. This role will be located in our São Paulo office.

 

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners;
  • Responsable for educating clients on products. New solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership;
  • Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of company’s solutions against client’s marketing objectives;
  • Conduct deep data analyses to guide cliente strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and trandlate the into actionable insights;
  • Build and manage relationships with key clientes, agency patners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc);
  • Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against cliente goals;
  • Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and ability to co-manage complex workstreams;
  • Flawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issue, optimization opportunities);
  • Be na active contribuitor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High intelectual curiosity and hunger to learn in a ambiguous environment;
  • Consistently demonstrate high level of integrity and ownership;
  • Experience and passion for working with Excel, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights;
  • Ability to act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clientes action;
  • Experience problem-solving and working cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team;
  • Effective and creative problem-solving na decision-making skills;
  • Experience in managing complex projects and workstrams with minimal Direction with high attention to detail;
  • Fluent/Advanced English.
