We are looking for an MKT SR Analyst with a focus on Motorsport Events for BMW Motorrad
Brand Experience expert, responsible to plan, manage and produce customer experience activities as such as events, fairs, placements, sponsorships.
Define scope of Customer Experience activity and produce a consistent and objective briefing;
Drive bid process with purchase department to define suppliers;
Identify possible partners/sponsors and negotiate their participation and support;
Define and drive participation of correlated areas in the event (sales, after sales, financial services, etc.)
Define timeline of the whole project and ensure deadlines accomplishment.
Establish and monitor KPIs to suppliers involved.
Report event/activity results and calculate ROI
Define communication plan to the event/Brand Experience activity (online, offline, , direct marketing) and ensure implementation managing correlated agencies.
Approval of the dealers projects of every event participation with support of BMW Motorrad ensuring that dealer is following the BMW Motorrad Identity Guideline
Videos and images downloads from HQ channels to use in local events
Support the BMW Rider Experience platform, monitor KPI´s and ensure the activity trough dealer network
Support sales and after sales department on events
BMW Rider Experience provider: manage the activities ensuring the BMW Motorrad Brand Identity and enhance the platform trough dealer network, customers and non BMW Motorrad customers.
